The annual convocation ceremony at Conservatory Canada is our opportunity to acknowledge the many talented musicians who undertake our examinations, and to recognize their achievements in person. Each year we award over 150 medals and more than $30,000 in scholarships to students across the country. We also present Associate and Licentiate Diplomas. In the past, we have awarded an Honorary Licentiate Diploma to an acclaimed musician or pedagogue who has made significant contributions to their musical community.
We are aiming to host an in person Convocation event in London, ON every other year, with the last event held in 2023. In 2024, we held a special online Convocation and Awards Ceremony Broadcast, which can be viewed on our @ConservatoryCanadaTV YouTube Channel.
